Fish oil and fidget.: Studies have been done showing that people who fidget burn more calories during the day which theoretically could lower your weight and help with cholesterol. I wouldn't rely on it solely if your doctor told you your cholesterol is high. That's something to take seriously and develop a good diet and exercise routine. Omega 3 fatty acid (fish oil) supplement's could also help. Cheers!
