Why ask this?: "High cholesterol" means little. WHAT ARE THE NUMBERS? Usually the DR cares only about the LDL. Current guidelines are for long term therapy with a statin such as simvastatin, but ezetimimbe is used much less today. If you know of someone with a sharp drop in cholesterol after 10 days, it might be from this med. But why was the test repeated so soon? EXACTLY what are the numbers? Why this med?
