Eat without eating.: Unfortunately, there's no magic pill to stop growling (unless the pill was actually a hamburger). One thing to try is to have a good balanced breakfast. Add some protein sources - egg whites, nuts, etc. - into your breakfast. Protein and healthy fats keep you from getting hungry. Skip breakfast or just down a sugary cereal, and you can be guaranteed to get growling before lunch. Cheers!
