What is the definition or description of: vegan diet?

Nothing from animals: Vegans undertake their diet either out of concern for the way that factory-farmed animals are treated, or because they have heard too-good-to-be-true claims about the health benefits. Anyone undertaking a vegan diet will need to supplement elaborately in order to avoid ruining their health, but i especially honor those gentle souls who do it for love of animals.
