Can you tell me how could i have a balanced vegan diet?

Be VERY careful: Vegans have the moral high ground but if you do not supplement, you'll ruin your health, perhaps within a few weeks. Vitamin B12 is the deficiency everyone knows, but getting enough calcium, vitamin D (if you're not out in the sun), iodine, zinc, iron and a few others is going to be very difficult as well. Do this, and your diet is no more or less healthy than most others. Choose wisely.
