Call 911 + CPR : Call 911, lie them down if they are not short of breath , give CPR if they are not breathing.

Call 911: 1. Call 911 2. Call 911 - this is most important - they need immediate medical care at a hospital and each minute counts. Then, 3. Give an Aspirin - whatever dose you have - technically 325 mg but a couple of 81 mg if that's all you have is a lot better than none. 4. Keep the patient comfortable and wait for help. 5. Know where the automatic defibrillator is just in case.
