Hormone: This is an adrenal produced hormone essential for preservation of sodium balance and potassium balance. If absent one would get hypotensive and volume depleted and potassium could rise dangerously and in excess it causes arterial hypertension and low potassium as well as long term damage to arteries and myocardium.
