Avoid stimulants: Avoiding stimulants such as caffiene , nicotine, vold remedies with pseudophredine.

Anti-inflammation: I am not aware of any diet that manipulates vagal nerve activity. There is substantial evidence that af is at least partly related to inflammation and fibrosis. I would therefore try to increase foods with strong anti-oxidant properties.
