Post 3 catheter ablations,2nd interrupted due to pericardial effusion. 3rd nearly eliminated afib, still vagal induced svt, meals, or position. ideas?

Regular meds: Instead of pill in the pocket, I would advise twice a day metoprolol and flecainide, monitored when stable with a blood level. Most people who undergo ablation still require medications. Consider it a team effort.
