Overuse: Your description sounds like overuse. You can try oral over the counter anti-inflammatory agents, ice, and rest.

Not arthitis: This is probably not arthritis given your age. Sound more like overuse. The best treatment is to stop the offending activity. You can also advil or aleve (naproxen).
