Head or face? Many..: ..possibilties but if ur symptoms involve the face, it is similar to a neurological problem called trigeminal neuralgia. (Trigeminal nerve covers the face). See a neurologist for a diagnosis & treatment. Other possibilities include shingles / viral infection affecting nerve, brain & spinal cord problems, nerve impingement, skin conditions, & I suppose vascular problems. But TTYD & get a diagnosis.
