I'm not sure of your: Question, but it sounds like your baby is in-hospital with pediatric cardiologists who are trying to stabilize him/her. There will be a medical social worker assigned to the cicu or nicu who can give you support & "translate" the medical terms. Take care of yourself, one day at a time.
