Dull pain over eye: It is good that you have been seen by a doctor and he has advised wait and see situation which is totally appropriate. I am sure if your doctor was concerned more than he should have, he may have ordered some tests. I will suggest to f/u with your doctor as advised and not to worry.

See eye doctor: May be high eye pressure, inflammation in the eye, abrasion, or sinus disease too.
