Sleeping pills: There are numerous sleeping pill side effects. If you are referring to benzodiazepines or z-drugs they can cause sleep walking/talking/eating/driving. You can feel drowsy in the daytime and it can impair your motor skills. Benzodiazepines can be highly addictive and lead to rebound insomnia when stopped.
