Poss ovarian cyst: Pain in your ovary region without abmenstrual cycle for three months should be evaluated by an ob/gyn and an ultrasound done to evaluate for possible ovarian cyst.

Maybe a cyst: A cyst on your left ovary could be the cause of the pain and the delayed menses. Keep i mind that it is normal to form cysts if u aren't on ocps or other suppression medications. But sometimes they can be abnormal (not physiologic) and then they can cause pain and /or disrupt normal menstrual cycling.
