No: Unfortunately no. I'm five feet tall and believe me if any stretching exercises helped i feel confident i would have performed them daily. Genetics are just impossible to overcome in regards to height. Once the growth plates are closed, usually mid teens for girls and late teens for guys, its done. I've grown rather accustomed to my size and now can't imagine why i would need to be any taller.

No: Stretching won't make you taller but it is beneficial for various reasons it will help prevent injuries, allow you to run better with longer strides and decrease chances for other muscular problems.
