See your doctor: You could have a host of issues that could cause your knee pain, could be bursitis, tendonitis, arthritis, ligament issues, meniscal injury, sciatica etc. So you may want to see an orthopedic pain specialist that can tell you what is going and help you with the latest treatments or exercise therapies available.

Fell on my knee 10 days ago & its still swollen & bruised below the knee cap & is warm to the touch. The outer side of my knee also hurts to touch.
So my knee has been hurting for about 3 days now. Its not really my knee its a little below my knee on the tibia. Theres no bruising just little swollen walking hurts not sure what it is there was no initial injury either.
