No supplements: To date, that is no medicinal treatment for sleep apnea. The treatment is something called continuous positive pressure(cpap).

Probably none: Treatment for sleep apnea is with an oral appliance, a breathing machine (cpap), or surgery. With any of these treatments, melatonin can be used to help you sleep better.

Have sleep test done: Try CPAP or oral sleep appliance, avoid drinking before you go to bed, have regular exercise, try to loose some weight.
