Can someone tell me how to get rid of or treat mild sleep apnea?

CPAP or OAT: A CPAP is treatment of choice, once you have been diagnosed by a sleep physician, to treat the apnea. Oat is an oral appliance to treat mild to moderate sleep apnea or those who are intolerant to wearing a cpap. It is a medically approved device and must be ordered by a dentist with dental sleep apnea training and filed through medical insurance.
