Possibly: There may be no symptoms or several including sore throat with oral cancer. There are many causes for a sore throat, but cancer is at the end of the list. See your doctor for evaluation and referral to get a proper diagnosis. Don't self-diagnose, you need to stop worrying and get a medical evaluation.
