A member asked:

What does it mean to have fasciculations? can you have fasciculations of the lungs?

Not really....: Fasciculations are visible, irregular, and involuntary contractions of individual muscle fibers caused by damage to neurons in the spinal cord. Mainly eyelids, arms, legs, feet and the tongue are affected. The conditions may be benign or associated with neurological illness. Fasciculations do not affect the lungs.

Fasciculations: Fasciculations are twitching in the muscles of the body. Fasciculations in the lungs are not a finding that I am aware of.
