Low minerals: You may be low in magnesium and potassium intake. Do a search for magnesium rich foods and try to get 400 mg/d. Search for potassium rich foods and try to get 3,00 mg/d. Increase water intake to two quarts daily. Give this a week or two to improve your muscle fasciculations. Be sure that you are getting 7-8 hours of good sleep per night.
