Throat or sinus: Thissinus this could be a throat or sinus infection. If symptoms last more than 3-5 days or get worse, you should be seen by a doctor and likely be treated with antibiotics.

See your doctor : You should go to your doctor or medical clinic right away. There are many reasons why you may have these symptoms, most related to viral infections, but some can be due to bacterial infections. Either way you need a proper diagnosis and treatment.
