Find the pattern!: It's important to identify what experiences you had while dieting. Did you start out gangbusters and try to be perfect? Did you over-restrict causing hunger at night? Did you do great until 6-8 weeks and then plateau - which is often a sign that you were not eating enough and your body thought you were starving. Did you get bored with the allowed food? Did you have cravings -sign of low nutrients?
