Grief therapy: will help you move on after this terrible loss. It will take time and you will need to be patient with yourself as others will have to be patient with you. Join a grief support group and/or see a therapist with expertise in grief. Talk with your friends and family, cry, rage, write. Most important is that you take time before attempting another pregnancy. I am so sorry for your loss.
