30 minutes daily: Being active as a child is essential for health, healthy growth, and to maintain good health as an adult. Daily activity is important to establish a routine that's easier to stay on - just help you child find an activity that he or she enjoys doing and encourage them to stay with it.

Physical activities.: It's more about fitness and staying healthy than just exercise. Kids should be kids and have physical activities for 30minutes to an hour daily. Good luck.
