Ginger: Ginger can help heartburn, menstrual cramps & migraine headaches. Ginger is excellent for upset stomach including nausea from motion sickness, menstruation, chemotherapy & morning sickness. It has an anti-inflammatory effect. It’s excellent for sxs of flu & the common cold.
