Agree w Dr. Baker: It is an intestinal spasmolytic & helps eliminate gas from intestines. It is very beneficial for nausea & motion sickness. It decreases nausea, vomiting, dizziness & clamminess associated w motion sickness. It can also be used for morning sickness & hyperemesis gravidum. Additionally it contains gingerols which reduce formation of cytokines associated w inflammation.
