Yes: It keeps your metabolism up, your blood sugars more stable, and you digest food better with decreased energy deposition (i.e., fat). The problem is most people lose track of how much they eat, how often they eat, and what they eat. Also, many people eat the same size portions 4-5x day as they would 3x/day. If you are cognizant of these facts, you should be ok and won't fatigued or stuffed.

Yes: But everyone has a different idea of small...so watch that you don't consume more calories this way
