Many reasons.: Exercise helps keep body weight down. This improves our cholesterol scores and heart health. Exercise helps regulate blood sugar, which helps minimize the risk of developing diabetes. Exercise helps regulate blood pressure, which helps minimize the risk of stroke. Those are just a few of the benefits, but are very important ones.

Couldn't hurt: I am of the belief that exercise(especially yoga) is benefical; but unfortunately there is no cure to date. There are studies and trials being constantly done; and hopefully there will be a cure. Have hope...Stephen hawkins(famous astrophysicist) was diagnosed in his 20's and is still alive to date.

Why is exercise important for hypoglycemia?

2 doctor answers6 doctors weighed in
Dr. Carlos Ballestas
Family Medicine 22 years experience
No insulin: The most common cause of hypoglicemia in pateint without diabetes is that your body over react to high glucose foods and produces too much Insulin causing your blood sugar to drop. That is why the diet is so important to prevent that. Exercise causes your blood sugar to go into tissues without the use of Insulin and reduces that reaction.
