Good form is KEY.: In any exercise, any sport, essentially any physical activity, form, stance, addressing the object interacting with, leads to the desired results --without injury--more than any other factor. Ask any athlete: how does a petite lady hit a golf ball 280 yards, how does a pitcher with just average muscles strength throw a 100 mph ball? It goes beyond that: communication is more form than words.
