May or may not.: If you are healthy all your life and you have normal chest x-p, I see no reason of failing visa interview. However, for example, if you have a abnormal shadow in the lung, you may be suspected of having TB. You may have to show more evidence to tell that your lung shadow is simply an inactive scar tissue, by providing older chest x-ps.
