Sometimes: Do you mean a routine urinalysis or a drug screen? Although a routine urinalysis seldom shows up anything important in folks without symptoms we still do them a lot. We'd never do a drug test in an annual pe unless you asked--unless your employer is paying for it and asks for a urine to be sent to their lab.
