Tonsil Cyst: Tonsil cysts are usually visible on the surface of the tonsil and can be seen during an oral exam. If you are concerned about a tonsil cyst, make sure to see your primary care provider or your local ear nose and throat specialist.

Direct inspection: You can usually see a cyst on the tonsil. Other conditions such as papilloma can also be identified directly. Best to see your otolaryngologist for an exam and proper diagnosis.
