Many possibilities: Hard to give an exact answer. This may be related to disease in the neck with either disc disease or arthritis that is pinching on nerves and giving the numbness. Numbness in hnads is also a sign of possible carpal tunnel syndrome. It could also be related to poorly treated diabetes or other metabolic problems.
