Around 7-8x/day: Urination correlates directly with fluid intake. If you are consuming at least 2 quarts of fluid a day, you will need to urinate around 7-8 times per day. This varies based on your physical activity and general health status. If the volume of urination is consistently down, you should be evaluated for kidney disease.
