Bathroom break: It depends on the amount of fluid that you drink before bedtime. More fluids, will cause more visits to the bathroom. Bladder infections may also cause you to go more frequently. A condition called urge incontinence where the bladder spasm occasionally can also be the problem. Would advise you to consult your MD for further evaluation if it persist.
