Age-related spots: The easy quick answer is that you have sun-damaged (sunburned areas) that have healed and pigmented. A more complicated answer would be that you could have decreased circulation in your legs causing copper deposition called hemosiderin deposition. More commonly, you may have simple cherry hemangiomas that come with age - just plain, tiny, red dots that are variable in size.
