Maybe: Hashimoto's disease is classically manifested with positive anti thyroid antibodies, usually anti thyroid peroxidase and to a lesser extent, anti thyroglobulin. On the other hand, hypothyroidism is defined by high TSH and/or low t4. If they one thing in common, that will be high or high normal tsh.
