How to stop my kidneys from hurting and am peeing too much what to do?

Infection, stone?: Kindney pain and frequent urination suggests kidney infection. If not treated, infection could go to blood causing worse disease and hospitalization. Need to see your pcp or urgent care to start antibiotics soon. Possibility of stone disease will need to be ruled out but it is less likely. Usually an ultrasound is done to evaluate kidneys.
