Pee 12 hrs: 25 F: Why would I only go pee once in 12 hours? when I did go it was a very dark yellow and when I cough my kidneys hurt. ANS: you have a big bladder or don't drink much fluid. Or have a more serious problem. Keep a pee diary and show to your health care team.
