my left kidney hurts and it hurts near the end of my pee. what's wrong?

Infection: Most likely a urinary infection that is advancing up into the kidney. A kidney infection, called pyelonephritis, is a serious condition and can damage the kidney and make you very ill if not treated quickly and appropriately. Other symptoms might include fever, frequent urination or blood in the urine. See a doctor asap.

Kidney stone?: yes it very well could be.. You need a CT scan to rule out kidney stone and a urinalysis to rule out UTI. Hope this helps
