wht could be wrong with me i have had this goin on for atleast 6-7 mobths naybe longer but when i pee the ordor is awful and my kidneys hurt bad?

Sounds: like a "UTI" (urinary Tract Infection) a simple urinalysis/urine culture is certainly a first step! Check in with your Family Doctor your GYN for evaluation and treatment! Hope this is helpful! DR Z
