Exercise/Eat well: Exercise and eat well! walking and swimming are fantastic exercises during pregnancy. Remember that you are not eating for 2! your baby only requires the equivalent in increased calories of 1 extra glass of milk a day. Make your calories count---choose foods dense in nutrients and vitamins and avoid "empty" calories. Juice is often a hidden culprit for far too many calories.
