Not too much: The length of the cervix is important in that if it is too short the baby can deliver. The shape may be important if it includes funneling of the membranes. These are things that your obstetrician will look for on follow up studies. Unless there are symptoms associated with this sonogram, then talk to your doctor to see if he/she has any other concerns
