Life needs the sun: Humans have lived with and adapted to sunlight for thousands and thousands of years. Sunlight affects certain areas of our brains and improves our moods. Sunshine regulates our sleep/wake cycles, and it makes vitamin d in our bodies.

Daily sun: It is part of good lifestyle above all! to have time to rest and go out. Time outside is time being active and healthy to recharge human energy and recycle body diurnal clock. Too much sun can reduce immune system. Always covered but sunscreen only after at least 30mn of exposure [for adults] as sun screen prevents sun uv from doing its good. Kids = sunscreen always 20mn before exposure!
