I always get a headache afer i've been out in the sun the whole day. why does this happen? i drink plenty of water everyday!

Without shirt , or clothing you get dehydrated faster and get headache. ) wear bright color clothes. There is a reason people in the sahara where those kind of clothing (thank good we have a/c).
