A member asked:

Can you get sunstroke the day after being in the sun?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No.: Sunstroke occurs when you get dehydrated and run out of sweat, so that your body's thermostat can no longer keep your body cool. Your body relies on water evaporation to stay cool. It only occurs at the time you run out of sweat, not the day after.
