It depends: If you have no bowel movements at all during the intervening days you may actually be having constipation as well. I recommend a psyllium based fiber supplement and the probiotic align. You should also be tested for celiac disease. You should discuss this with your doctor i'd you have not already.

See gastroenterologi: Many things can cause that. You may want to begin with stool tests to rule out an infection. Your doctor can also review your diet to see if there is something unusual. You may need a colonoscopy to see if there is something wrong with the colon.

More info needed: Besides age of member, sex (Male or female), associated use of any and all medications, and a good history needs to be developed, before any comments made, as symptoms by themselves are too nonspecific
