Follow up with MD,RD: Follow up with your doc and dietician to make sure that 1) you are doing gluten free, 2) your daughter isn't "cheating"-intentionally or not, 3) nothing else is going on.

Hidden gluten: There are many hidden sources of gluten and cross contamination in food we eat. You can have her blood tested for antibodies that should improve if she is following the diet. Speak to your health professional about the foods she eats as well as possibility of products that contain gluten you may be unaware of. A stool evaluation for other causes of diarrhea can be done by the pediatrician.
